Report abuse or a safety concern
Every profile, event, comment, and message in BetterPlay has a Report option, and you can Block any person from their profile. Blocking hides you from each other immediately. Reports go to our moderation queue and are reviewed within 24 hours.
If something needs urgent attention, email [email protected] with the subject Abuse report and a link or screenshot of the content.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, events you created, messages, and ratings. If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Venue partners
Run a bar, brewery, game store, or club and want your nights posted as official events? Email us with your business name and address and we will set up your venue account.
